Single Family REI Training Module

A “single family fix and flip investment” refers to the practice of buying a single-family home, fixing it up, and then reselling it for a profit. The goal of this type of investment is to take advantage of undervalued properties and generate a return through the appreciation of the property’s value after the repairs and renovations have been completed.

Typically, investors who engage in this type of investment will purchase a property that needs significant repairs, renovate it to improve its condition and functionality, and then sell it for a higher price. The profit made from the sale is the return on investment for the investor.

It is important to note that fix and flip investments can be risky and require a significant amount of time and capital, so they may not be suitable for everyone. Before engaging in a fix and flip investment, it is important to do your research, understand the local real estate market, and have a well thought-out plan for the repairs and renovations.
